Customer Services Advisor
Salary details: Grade 2 £17,681 - £18,672
We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed individual to work within our Repairs and Maintenance Team.
The successful candidate will be part of a team of mixed trade staff whom are responsible for carrying out day to day responsive repairs in council dwellings. The post holder will be responsible for providing safe and effective electrical installations’ and electrical repairs to tenants’ homes.
The post holder shall carry work in accordance with the Electrical Safety Regulations, the Company’s policies and procedures, risk assessments and safe systems of work. This includes using all plant and equipment provided by St Leger Homes in accordance with instructions, procedures and current safety legislation to ensure the safety of themselves, colleges and customers.

We are looking for a candidate who has been apprentice trained to NVQ Level 3 and has experience of carrying out electrical installation, maintenance and testing in a domestic environment.
You must have Gold ECS Card or have the required qualifications, capacity and willingness to successfully complete the safety test and obtain the card before employment.
In addition the candidate must at minimum hold the BS7671 17th Edition Wiring Regulation’s. 18th Edition would be desirable however if this has not yet been achieved you must be willing to undertake this course within 6 months.
As this is very much a customer focused role, excellent person and communication skills are important.
A Full UK Drivers Licence is Essential.
